I am writing this to express my feelings when I met the one person who changed my perspective of my long-beliving-not-so-true facts about "not going to be in a relationship" and "nobody will love me for who I am, how I dress and how I act in my daily life". He came into my life unexpectedly and likes me for who I really am.
We met each other through Tinder, which is something similar to social dating apps. The story started when he super-liked me and out of my curiosity, I swiped right to check it out the reason being super-liked. The first impression based on his Tinder profile, I kinda feel like 'Am I the one he is looking for?', that's what came across my mind! Wait I guess I need to start to write down those AWW moments he gave me!
- The very beginning was the moment when he handed Nintendo Switch and wanted to borrow me since I liked it so much!
- Secondly was his effort of lending extra games for me to play with Nintendo and brought along two TeaLive beverages for me as my tea time break.
- Thirdly was when he was away from Penang and he remembered I like Yoshi so much and he bought the figurine for me even though it has no function but he is thoughtful and heartful of what I like.
- Then during our first dinner together, after entering the car and I was listening to the songs, feeling that ‘hmm why those songs are so familiar and I knew most of the songs’. Truth is, he actually downloaded my Spotify playlist in the phone and play it along the date!
- He brought me to collect his very first car and wanted to share his happiness together with me!
- He started to drive me around to explore his new car and new places with me, he knew that I don’t bring tumbler out and he offered me some snacks knowing that I didn’t have my dinner. I refused because I told him I didn’t bring water and he said no worries, I got a bottle of water for you, just eat the snacks! Can you imagine how many Awwwwww from the bottom of my heart? During the same day, he bought me phone cables and car charger to put in my car ..
- After driving my car, he bought the blind spot mirror for me to attach to my side mirror because he realized it’s dangerous for me to drive due to some blind spot he noticed.
There are too many small sweet stuff he did for me even we are not together! Being with him, I feel secure and safe and I feel like he is the one who really appreciates and loves me for who I am despite telling him all the dark side of mine! I hope this could blossom into something positive and I am looking forward :)
Thanks for showering me with lots of love and positive energy, being an ever-ready guy who I can count on!
He is now my dearest partner and my lover but not yet my best friend.
Things happened when we least expect!
Thank god for pampering me with this rare species guy!
